In recent years, Central Denmark Region has been undertaking a massive re-organization in the area of digital communication.
Content for the region’s approximately 75 websites will no longer be produced by doctors, nurses, and secretaries but by trained web editors with in-depth knowledge of creating the best content for users.
Practically, this means that by the end of 2024, around 1300 employees will have had their CMS login rights revoked, with the content creation on websites transitioning to around 30 full-time web editors distributed across hospitals and the central administration.
Learn about the various elements that have supported the success of this project. You’ll hear about the initial decision-making process, certification of web editors, and our guide to creating quality content. You’ll also gain practical inspiration on how to support re-organizational efforts, even if it's not possible to implement as radical a change as in Central Denmark Region.
