The same accounts for the workplace.
Offices were built by extroverts for extroverts. Most of them were awful for the quieter few. In digitized and hybrid work environments that enable both physical and digital opportunities for networking and efficient information transfer, everyone can find a way. Looking at the efforts to get people back to the office I wonder if we're making the same mistake again.
So how can we keep our office, machines and computers and at the same time think about how we can make our daily work sustainable. How can we strive for success as individuals or as an organization, dealing with the dynamics and complexity of the world and at the same time being careful not to strain our resources excessively. How can we foster identification? How can we find processes and decisions that work not only once, but sustainably?
