How do we create better design? Unleash the potential of your work on the User Experience conference track, where you can meet UX peers in a friendly and international setting. 

Join insightful discussions on design systems, user research, and interaction design, and stay ahead of emerging UX trends.

While three other tracks will be taking place simultaneously, you can take advantage of breaks, plenary sessions, and popular evening social events to broaden your perspective and engage in conversations with peers from different industries.

    How do you best structure user journeys and use their insights? In this presentation, Antonella will focus on the essential steps involved in creating effective user journeys, including defining scope and scale, data collection, data analysis, affinity mapping, and user journey structure.

    Discuss with your UX peers how to apply user journey insights and leave with new ideas and insights you can bring back to the desk.
